The primary design intention for the villa was to create a home where life slows down and time becomes gentle. Just like walking through a garden as it awakens in spring, filled with blossoms and fragrance. The villa is envisioned as a retreat for relaxed living, close connection with nature and a sense of intimate comfort.
The main concept was to design a villa embraced by greenery and flowers, shaped with the same thoughtful harmony as the Renaissance villas of the Italian master Palladio. The simple and symmetrical composition follows the principles of classical Palladian villas with a centrally organized plan. Classical proportions and the use of noble materials such as stone, wood, wrought iron and glass give the villa a timeless and prestigious character. The design is elegant yet reserved rather than dominant. A calm light stone façade and a sequence of classical elements including columns, pilasters and rusticated cornices create a monumental appearance. Symbolically, they communicate the solidity and protection that the villa provides.
The placement of the villa carefully responds to the site. The configuration of the terrain, the most beautiful views and an optimal orientation toward daylight all influenced the design. The northern façade is more introverted, while the southern, western and eastern sides open with terraces that wrap around the living spaces. This creates a strong visual and functional connection with the landscape. The main arrival sequence is composed as a park-like courtyard with an axial arrangement of the fountain and the entrance.
The pool pavilion follows the same classical architectural language. The volume opens toward an intimate courtyard and extends the living experience with an outdoor space for relaxation.
